Bullet recommended in Sri Lanka wearing a bullet,
 IANS A parliamentary committee on National Security Gagli in Sri Lanka has recommended a ban on wearing burqas with immediate effect in the country.  The committee has also proposed to cancel the registration of political parties formed on religious grounds.

According to local media,
 the report of this committee was presented in Sri Lanka's Parliament on Thursday.  It contains 14 disputed proposals, including banning burqas.  All these proposals seem to have been raised in the wake of the terrorist attack on the occasion of Easter in April last year.

The report,
 presented by the National Security Committee Chairman Malit Jayatilak in Parliament, mentioned several countries where the burqa has been banned.




11-year-old girl gives birth to a child in the US, 
three accused Washington, AP: An 11-year-old girl gave birth in a home bathtub in the US state of Missouri.  Criminal charges have been framed against the girl's three relatives in the case.

A woman and a man 
are accused of endangering the girl's life.  While the 17-year-old teenager has been charged with rape and adultery.  The case is of St. Louis, a suburb of the city of St. Charles, Missouri.  All three reside in St. Charles.

According to the chargesheet,
on February 11, a person reached the hospital with a newborn.  When questioned by the police, he initially told that an unknown person had left the child in front of his house.  But later he confesses that she is his relative.
